OK, I know I have posted some items in the past to believe that I'm just completely not in favor of unions. Well that's not completely true, my father is a union man and I'm proud of that, and so is he. My father is a hard working and he worked for everything he received and he always supplied my family (Mom, Sister, and I) a great life.
My issue with unions, are not the unions that my father worked for (Iron Workers), it's with the teamsters and the ones that believed they are entitled to something. I believe a person should make a good solid living wage, not a wage that will break the backs of the owners of the company.
You hear will they make so much money as a owner of the company, well guess what people, they put everything on the line so you have a job, you did not get off your ass and put your money together and create a company. NOOOO, you just sit there and tell them how they are going to pay you to do their job.
Unions at one time where great for this country, and still have their place, however, when times get hard, like they are now, every one, and yes that includes union members, to say hey... I see that we are not selling the same amount as before, I see it's costing more to make these items so I'm willing for a short time work with the company to make sure that I keep my job... But HELL NO, that's not what is happening, the big Union bosses (which are the only union people that are rich) say no you can't do that, the union member needs to make more money because prices are higher.
That is what gets me, there is no more money, there is not going to be more money, so in turn unions are killing companies and jobs, and for some reason they are happy about this, there was a man on the TV the other night that said, My Father and Grandfather and now me have helped close down a number of plants over the years and I'm proud of that. WHY is he proud of killing jobs?
OK, that's my two cents work, and some of my family members will be mad at me, and that's OK, because we all love each other and allow each other to have a differences in options.

Looks like the teamsters are killing again...
Labor represents 80 percent of the agency’s expenses with no layout options, WOW... must be nice to kill a company because you can no I have to be paid $100,000 a year or you can't have a company. WOW that's really smart.
