Looks like the teamsters are killing again...

Labor represents 80 percent of the agency’s expenses with no layout options, WOW... must be nice to kill a company because you can no I have to be paid $100,000 a year or you can't have a company. WOW that's really smart.

The agency is so low on cash that it will not be able to make a $5.5 billion payment due this month and may have to shut down entirely this winter unless Congress acts to stabilize its finances.
